Content administrator
Our client is seeking an experience marketing and events individual.
Who will you be working for?
Our Client is an innovative healthcare organisation located in the City of London.
What will you be doing?
The administrator will organise digital educational content to support the education and the simulation programme. Overseeing and supporting the development of the Ce-Learning platform, podcasts and video content.
This role will involve collaborative working with the Education and Events Team to coordinate and plan event content to populate digital delivery channels.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the coordination of external room hire bookings.
- Manage digital content platforms.
- Support the development of global education activities.
- Develop, maintain and evaluate the educational resources using various media including videos, podcasts and e-learning across multiple delivery channels targeting agreed audiences.
- Work with the Membership Engagement Team to drive the development and promotion.
- Work collaboratively with the Communications Team to ensure all digital resources are promoted and marketed to the relevant audience.
- Coordinate and support the development and implementation of a simulation strategy, as well as the day-to-day work of the simulation committee.
- Plan, develop and support the delivery of meetings and events for simulation leads.
- Maintain relationships with external simulation stakeholders.
- Coordinate e-Learning.
- Take responsibility for the delivery of courses and projects within a designated portfolio.
- Support and develop face to face and digital educational materials that aid the delivery of events.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of all education activities and e-learning.
- Investigate, monitor and evaluate projects and events against the education strategy.
- Deputise for members of the Education and Events Team, as and when required.
- Support and assist the Education and Events Team members, as required
- Represent at external meetings as well as other reasonable duties required.
You will need:

- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Experience of successfully marketing content and events.
- Strong administration, organising skills, IT skills, and general communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail.
