Role: Salesforce Administrator - 12 months FTC

Location: This role is remote / can be hybrid if you prefer

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an innovative online learning service that Pearson has launched. Working in partnership with universities across the UK, FR, IN and AU; the Pearson Online Learning team provides online learning services includingmarketing, student recruitment, course content development, training and ongoing student support.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role would focus on managing the day-to-day administrative tasks on _Salesforce_ and _Pardot_ for our short course initiatives, supporting partnerships in the UK, FR and IN. The role would collaborate with the functions for both business units, facilitating and supporting the team from a technical perspective.

You will be self-motivated, diligent and accurate, able to work under pressure to meet business and projectdemands within a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will have excellent stakeholder management, easily able to respond with urgency to solve problems as they emerge, through effective communication and coordination with the wider project delivery team,support functions and vendors.

The tasks would include, but not exclusive to:

- Fixing issues raised in tickets
- Uploading daily files
- Creating reports
- Configuring assignment rules
- Need support for any ad hoc / specific query / task
- Creating lead generation forms on _FormAssembly_ and integrating to _ Salesforce_
- Pardot journeys and campaigns
- Grading and scoring
- Gathering business requirements for Salesforce and Pardot developments
- Delivering Salesforce projects using Salesforce point and click tools such as Flow
- Support social media connections to Salesforce
- Any projects related to _Salesforce_ and/or _Pardot_

**Skills/knowledge/abilities**
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Flows and Process Builder
- Pardot Specialist certification (preferred)
- Strong business, analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills
- Creatively solve problems by identifying real obstacles and viable solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to non-technical audience
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to perform efficiently within a higher pressure, fast-paced environment
- Good stakeholder management skills

**The role requires someone who is confident, personable, and has great attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential, alongside the ability to multi task and use initiative.
