You must have a full driving licence with use of your own vehicle to travel to different Burrows sites across South Yorkshire due to demands of the business (mileage will be claimed back for business use.)

**The Accounts Assistant role**:
We are on the hunt for an accounts assistant to become part of our team that provides day to day support to the dealership accountant and assisting the team in accounts related duties.

**What your day might look like**:
+ Collecting and distributing daily reports
+ Completing purchase ledger duties such as invoice entry, reconciliation of statements, payments, remittance advice.
+ Providing regular, accurate and meaningful financial accounts and other daily/weekly/period reports to Directors/Financial Controllers and senior managers as required.
+ Ensuring proper and safe custody of all cash and convertible securities on premises and in transit.
+ Ensuring that all confidential and sensitive records are stored and used within the requirements of the Data Protection Acts.

**About you**:
+ Experience in a previous accounts role is preferred.
+ Full Driving licence with own transport
+ Experience of working within an administration/Accounts environment.
+ Experience of business and financial monitoring.
+ Financial and numeracy skills
+ Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
+ Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Motivated team player with a can do attitude.
