**SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER REQUIRED TO RUN A UNIQUE STUNNING GROUND-BREAKING UNIQUE MULTI-FACETED F & B, LEISURE, CONFERENCE,EVENTS & HOSPITALITY VENUE.**

**LOCATION: PRESTON/LYTHAM ST ANNES/BLACKPOOL/LANCASTER AREA**

**SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 PLUS A FANTASTIC BONUS WHICH WILL TAKE THE PACKAGE TO AROUND £100k**

**My client is a highly successful creator & operator of unique multi-faceted forward-thinking hospitality and leisure operations around the world.**

**Continually ahead of their time their ideas and developments are unlike anything else.**

**THE VENUE**:
**Multi-million pound operation is a ground-breaking destination venue that provides a place to hold live events, corporate events, to host premieres, use for private hire and use as a sociable work space for creatives as well as having the technologyfor film, conferencing and multi-media. The operation will have a real "place to be" buzz about it.**

**There is also a fantastic food & beverage offering with a stunning restaurant and bar with a real focus on hospitality,** serving amazing range of quality snacking food including slim-lined menu within its 100 cover diner serving a qualityfresh menu with fun, quality twists and mouth-watering dishes with a real feel of the tradition and heritage of the local area. The menu has been developed by an experienced well-respected catering consultant & the venue has fantastic BOH facilities, includingelaborate well-kitted out kitchens.

**THE BUSINESS, ROLE & WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Must be prepared to spend time with the senior key players within the business to gain a real understanding about what they are looking to achieve as well as spending time building strong relations with the local council and key local business contacts.
- Able to run business from top to bottom with accountability to Board:

- Strong commercial acumen with ability to work with outside Financial contactor and Board support to deliver all aspects of financial reporting.
- Strong marketing focus with internal Marketing Manager and big focus on corporate event opportunities as well as customer membership schemes and CRM
- A complete focus on ensuring standards, food quality & guest experience are always maintained to the highest level.
- The venue is very much part of the bigger strategy for the area and other local venues and the business and role will create opportunities and relationships.
- The company have a good image and have already developed strong relationships which may be used to leverage future opportunities to introduce leisure etc.
- This is a big role and we are looking for someone who is senior with the ability prove themselves and their capability to lead the venue.
- The company have a strong recruitment plan and an early structure plan of a team and are looking at getting a strong, interesting, skilled professional team on board.
- We are looking for someone who has terrific experience in running great F & B operations (not just coke and popcorn)
- We are also looking for a someone with a business head who can look at, manage and present a good business plan and run a standalone operation.
