**Administrator - Full Time, Permanent role**

**£23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience**

**Hours 8.30 - 5 Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 4 on Fridays**

Prestigious Manufacturing company based in Nailsea are seeking a highly organised, reliable and efficient **Administrator** to support the small management and design team with order processing and general accounts experience to include weekly payroll. This is a busy and varied office administration role incorporating customer order entry, administration, general accounts and invoicing duties as well as answering and dealing with phone enquiries from customers and suppliers. A cheerful and willing attitude, excellent communication skills, customer relationship building and a great sense of humour is required of the **Administrator**and for success within this friendly, close-knit company.

Key responsibilities for the **Administrator** include:

- High value order processing involving checking, gathering information from CAD drawings, previous orders and quotations
- The ability to investigate and problem solve to completion
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- The opportunity to learn weekly payroll for around 20 people, once established - training provided
- Accurate preparation of customer invoices via the internal system (Winman)
- Checking and inputting of supplier invoices ensuring correct purchase orders have been provided and chasing for correct codes / investigation of discrepancies
- Responsible for credit control and the Aged Debtor report
- Providing a reliable backup for the management when they are on holidays
- Dealing with phone enquires with efficiency and through to resolution
- Supporting the Managers with accounts duties and producing reports where required
- Follow up of trade show activity to ensure all information is recorded for follow up by the sales team
- Adhoc projects as required to help with the smooth running of the business

Skills and experience required of the **Administrator**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Administrator role
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Pro-active with the ability to use own initiative and make decisions where required
- Good general numeracy skills & excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate ideally to include basic Excel
- The ability to consistently follow processes and procedures with accuracy
- Flexible, calm and efficient with a cheerful personality, even when busy
- Reliable, trustworthy and confidential
