A Professional Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering & M&E Consultancy requires a personable, enthusiastic, and experienced Administrator to provide support to the Team.
The successful Administrator will be an organised individual with sound administrative and communication skills. A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel, is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Finance Director (FD) and Head of Administration, the Office Administrator is responsible for adhering to the defined Crouch Waterfall (CW) office administration processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Allocation of job numbers, to include creation of job folder and set up in the timesheet management system.
- Managing the timesheet system, to ensure the system is up to date and running reports for the team.
- Preparation and recording of purchase orders.
- Arranging accommodation and car hire for team members that are working away from the office.
- Arranging in house continual professional development (CPD) training for the team.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the recording and entry of external and internal invoices into the accounts system.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with entering expense claims into the accounts system.
- Provide local office induction for new starters.
- Order PPE, site equipment & office resources/technology.
- Providing administrative support to the business.
