A key role within the Emergency Department, the main duties being reception, clerical and administration support.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team on the Emergency Department.
Please be aware this role may require you to work in areas that are designated as positive, asymptomatic and negative Covid wards.
This position will be predominately twilight hours and nights
Reception, clerical and administration support.
Answer telephones and relay messages in a timely manner.
Book ambulances for patient discharges.
To work closely with and support the nursing team from a clerical perspective.
To liaise with relatives, patients and visitors, providing directions and information as required.

On-Call
Please note that senior positions (AFC band 8A or above) may be expected to participate in an on-call rota, if the role is predominantly operational.
