Here at Reed, we are currently working with a lovely client of ours to find their next**Facebook Ads Specialist**. This is a **hybrid**, **full time** and **permanent** position.

You would be working at an advertising agency based in **Canford Cliffs** in **Poole**:

- a short walk from the beach and public transport links. They work with a variety of clients, from start ups to national brands, helping them achieve breakthrough results in growth.

**What will you be doing?**
- Creating successful Facebook Ad campaigns
- Monitoring campaign budgets
- Work with the design team to develop creative material
- Tweaking, optimising and providing ads
- Liaising with clients to report on performance, educating and managing relationships

**What skills & experience are required?**
- Proven results driven track record with Facebook Ads
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and written communication)
- Excellent spelling and grammar (copywriting is key part of role)
- Understanding or degree in marketing

**What would set you apart from the rest?**
- Digital marketing agency experience
- 1-3 years of managing multiple Facebook & Instagram Ad accounts
- Photoshop skills
- SEO experience
- Social media experience
- Proof reading & copywriting skills
