We have been supplying a diverse range of building materials to clients across the UK for over twenty years. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our busy and expanding Builders Merchant in Storrington near Pulborough. Thisis an office based role.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Maximising and growing sales by developing sales leads, following up on enquiries and building existing and new customer relationships Increasing the value of current customers by actively upselling and introducing them to a wider product range
- Ability to build rapport quickly with both customers and our suppliers and utilise relationships to increase sales and productivity
- Delivering high quality customer service both face to face and over the phone
Skills / Experience:

- Strong sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong admin skills and IT fluency
- Proficient CRM user
- Previous experience of working in a construction product related sales role is preferred but certainly not essential
- 3 years experience in a previous customer service or sales role
Essential:

- Full driving licence
- Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support and work with your colleagues
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Team player who is able to take responsibility and be accountable for their own workload and results and work with others to effectively achieve company goals and revenue targets
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Great communication and people skills

**Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year with OTE of £60,000
