Working Foreman
We are looking for an experienced working foreman to be both on the tools and running the day to day activities on an upcoming project. The initial term is 4 months however this could become permanent for the right person.
**Duties**:
- Hands on Building and construction on projects
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams
- Ensure that projects are completed on time
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards
- Collaborate with project managers, outside trades and suppliers
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in construction with a Building/Bricklaying bias
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements

- Reigate, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Driving Licence (required)
