Working Foreman

**Duties**:

- Hands on Building and construction on projects
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams
- Ensure that projects are completed on time
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets required standards
- Collaborate with project managers, outside trades and suppliers
- Provide guidance and direction to workers on sites
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in all elements of construction
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and expectations
- Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
