Equity Release Mortgage Specialist

What You'll Do:
Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Provide clear and impartial advice on the full spectrum of equity release products and their implications.
Build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence throughout the entire process.
Research and analyze market trends to identify the most suitable equity release or other more appropriate solutions for individual clients.
Prepare comprehensive fact finds and liaise with lenders to secure optimal loan terms.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the growth of the business by converting company leads, generating your own leads and exceeding sales targets.
Who You Are:
Fully qualified mortgage broker with CeMAP qualifications and relevant experience in equity release (ideally 2+ years). CeRER qualification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about the financial wellbeing of others and committed to providing ethical and transparent advice.
A confident and persuasive communicator with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
