Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Long Term Basis)
Location: Bow, East London

**Salary**: £80 - £110 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at a Primary School in Bow, East London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives and contribute to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in the classroom.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning activities to meet the needs of SEND students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff members to ensure the holistic development of SEND students.
- Monitor and record the progress of SEND students, providing feedback to the teaching team as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- While previous experience working with SEND students is desirable, it is not essential. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and are willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable attitude towards working with children with diverse needs.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in children's lives.
