Project Co-ordinator

**We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator to join one of the UKs leading and most established company in the Engineering and Manufacturing space.**

This role would be great for someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as having astounding attention to detail.

**Located in Blandford Forum.**

**Full time Hours.**

The main responsibility of this role is ensuring project goals are met for projects by providing project co-ordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communication within project team, with the customer & with other internal departments
- Conduct regular project updates with key personnel
- Providing regular and relevant project updates to management
- Sufficient understanding of the project: customer requirements, project owner’s expectations/instructions, manufacturing requirements etc.
- Monitor and manage budgets & work to assigned project budgets (time & cost)
- Task management: know current task progress, track open tasks to completion and actively drive timely task completion
- Planning: facilitating the scheduling of tasks and resources
- Ensuring right material items are in the right place at the right time
- Documentation management: project file maintained, controlled issue of drawings etc.
- Review & re-prioritise tasks & resource reassignment
- Track hour/cost consumption (ensure correct access for project team timesheet booking)
- Arrange for amendment to tasks / budget if required
