Project Co-ordinator

**Project Co-ordinator - Blandford Forum**

My client is a well-established firm who provide test system solutions, delivering high quality, high performance automated test equipment to several different industries. They are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to ensure project goals are met for 'small’projects.

**Main Duties**:
+ Communication within project team, with the customer and with other internal departments

+ Providing regular and relevant project updates to key personnel and management

+ Budget Management: monitor and work to assigned project budgets (Time Cost)

+ Task Management: current task progress, track open tasks, drive task completion.

+ Materials Management: ensuring items are in the right place at the right time.

+ Documentation Management: review and re-prioritise tasks and resources reassignment.

**Essential Skills**:
+ Good people management and communication skills

+ Ability to plan and organise resources.

+ Good problem-solving skills.

+ Contribute and support continuous improvement initiatives.

**One or more would be desirable**:
+ Project co-ordination or equivalent experience (industry relevant) is beneficial, however, organisation skills such as, prioritization, strategic thinking and planning are transferrable and will be considered

**Salary/Location**:
+ This is a full-time position (some scope to reduce hours)
