**As a Project and Companies Administrator you will supervise the managing of given projects and schemes for a many companies.**

Key requirements as a Project and Companies Administrator
- Administer, specific schemes and leadership programme including arranging and providing training, overseeing rehearsals, schedules and recruitment and auditions
- Supervise the construction of fees from project members giving to payment schedules and arrange bursaries as applicable
- Confirm regular communication with participants, parents and teachers including sending out weekly updates, and maintaining schedules
- Manage the running and administration of project sessions and rehearsals involving booking space and off-site, operating venue contracts and assist participants in arrangement for performances
- Manage with the advertising department to arrange the and their performances, through photography, social media, forms and posters, e-flyers, written copy and short films
- Organise travel for Company leaders as necessary
- Organise and oversee the event, including event logistics, refreshments, ticket sales and handle participants’ association in performances prior to and at the event on the day
- Set up all the licensing arrangements in liaison with the Strategic Development and Fundraising department and local authority
- Handle projects to ensure targets and aims are achieved are delivered on
- Collect and record feedback and statistics for monthly and annual reports
