**Overall responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator**:

- General administration, general book-keeping, answering the telephone, dealing with

occasional Client visits, production of various documentation, filing etc.
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Cash Book
- Knowledge of SAGE Accounting (training can be provided if required)
- Further support as required
- Have good organisational skills
- show attention to detail
- Demonstrate a good track record and experience in all aspects of administration and book-keeping
- Have a flexible and positive approach to the pressure and challenges of a busy office

environment
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel would be an advantage)
