It’s a phone-based role, but we’re not about rushing customers off the phone to answer the next call. We’re about taking the time to listen, understand, create a solution, and ensure a happy customer. When you’re not supporting customers, you’ll be updating the system - and full training is given on this.

**Flexibility **- We’ve got that. You can spend time at home, but also in the office where there is a social environment. An environment where you can **learn from those around you** and grab a coffee with a colleague on your breaks. That’s a coffee from a proper mug too - no single use plastics here as we care about the **environment** too.
