- ONLINE MARKETPLACE ASSISTANT - BARKSTON HEATH, GRANTHAM- Salary: £20,319 per annum + excellent benefits- Department: Trading- Contract: Permanent- Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm with an hour break.- Location: National Distribution Centre - Barkston Heath, Grantham, NG32 2DE- The National Distribution Centre is five miles outside of Grantham and there are no public transport services. Due to the remote location, you would be required to have or arrange your own transportation to and from site.-

In this role you will be researching and photographing pre-loved items and working in our depot unpacking boxes and organising stock and supporting with dispatch. This is an opportunity to do an interesting and active role as part of a supportive and diverse team.

What will I be doing?Taking High Quality photo’s as per guidelines- Ensuring items are clean and presentable- Sorting and researching stock suitable for our Marketplace- Working within our brand and photography guidelines to give a consistent look and feel to each marketplace- In cases will be able to support the end-to-end process of reviewing stock, photography, listing and dispatch.

What skills are you looking for?Attention to detail- The ability to work to daily targets whilst maintaining a high standard of work- Good IT skills

Plus, ideally:
- Interest in product photography- A creative flair- Knowledge of antiques, collectables, or fashion- Experience of buying or selling on eBay or other online marketplaces- Photography experience

What will I be doing?- Prepare customer orders for dispatch - this includes lifting and moving stock of different weight and sizes where appropriate.- Picking, packing, and sorting sold items within the dispatch department.- In cases will be able to support the end-to-end process of reviewing stock, photography, listing and dispatch.

What skills are you looking for?- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven ability to positively influence.- Proactive and dynamic approach- Proficient in IT, including the use of databases and Microsoft packages.- Experience of working with targets- Excellent eye for detail- Proven ability to use own initiative.- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.- Excellent time management
