**Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-established tile and bathroom showroom based in Wiltshire, who are looking to recruit a Showroom Manager.**

**Offering a basic salary of £24,000 plus, 1.5% commission on all sales.**

**Working Week: Monday to Friday 8.00-5.00pm. Alternate Saturdays worked with a day off in the week.**

**The Role**:

- Managing the showroom with a focus on customer service and sales
- Developing and motivating staff members to achieve and exceed any given sales and service targets
- Assisting customers with their requirements
- Seeing sales through to completion
- Ability to analyse, interpret and act upon all KPI’s
- Leading by example and ensuring that core values are reflected at all times
- Previous industry or retail experience preferable
- Forklift experience/trained (desirable but not essential to the role as training will be provided)
- Must be flexible and able to work alternate Saturday’s
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- A keen eye for detail and an excellent commercial awareness
