MacGregor Black is partnering with a Gifting Company on the search for an Area Sales Manager . This is a permanent, remote based role in South West. You will be required to regularly travel to different locations.
As the Area Sales Manager , you will have responsibility for sales, business development and account management within a given territory in the UK. You are also fully responsible for every aspect of the customer’s experience, including administration of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts and developing new business.
- Working closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure that our brand is represented well and with the right customers.
- Managing both new and existing key accounts and independent retailers.
- Ensuring that customers are met with regularly to maximise customer service levels and sales.
- Working with the Head of Sales to analyse sales data and maximise opportunity.
- Working to a monthly and annual financial target as well as KPI’s.
- Representing the brand at showroom events twice or more a year.
- Reporting back to the Head of Sales on a regular basis on activity.
What are we looking for?
- Results orientated and analytical.
- Comfortable with working autonomously and embracing of change.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service experience.
- Relevant sales or retail experience.
- A full driving license.
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
- Ability to grasp new processes, procedures, and concepts quickly.
