**Software Developer / Engineer (Java 11 Data) Hybrid WFH £750 p/day**

Global FinTech is seeking a data centric Software Developer with strong serverside Java skills for a 12 month contract in the Market Data team.

As a Software Developer you'll join a cross functional Agile team working on a new real-time data platform. You'll have a focus on coding high quality Java 11 and will also be working with a C++ / Python backend and huge volumes of data using Apache Flinkand Spark on complex and technically challenging systems.

You'll join colleagues in amazing City based offices 2-3 days, where you can enjoy a range of facilities including onsite restaurant with **flexibility to work from home** the rest of the week.

**Requirements**:

- You have strong Java development experience
- You're able to read and understand C++ and Python code
- You have experience of working with large volumes of fluid data, data modelling experience would be great
- You enjoy problem solving and strong analytical skills
- You're collaborative with Agile team experience

Job Role: Software Developer / Engineer (Java 11 C++ Python Data); Location: London / WFH; **Rate: £700 to £750 p/day (inside IR35)**; Term: 12 months; Start: Immediate / ASAP
