Production Scheduler

**Introduction**:
The WA Cooke Group is seeking a motivated individual to join the Site Services Division as the Production Scheduler.
Operating mainly across the wastewater treatment sector the Site Services Division provide mechanical services to the major Water Utility Companies and their 1st tier suppliers.
The primary function of the Production Scheduler will be to plan and co-ordinate the movements of our on-site teams across the multi-faceted projects we handle at any one time.
The role is based at our Walkden offices working within a small but dynamic team.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Creating the work schedule for our site teams comprising Site Supervisors and Mechanical Fitters.
- Liaising with the internal SHEQ Co-ordinator to ensure the compilation and timely submission of HSE documents such as RAMS.
- Liaising with internal manufacturing and external suppliers to ensure manufactured components and hired in access equipment and overnight accommodation where required are all in place prior to mobilisation to site.
**Qualifications and Required Skills**:
- Proven experience in a planning or coordination role, preferably within a field
involving on-site project management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle varied job durations and
team sizes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and
external partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle last-minute planning adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergency work requirements.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements and resource scheduling is advantageous.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
