We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our passionate team at CleanStart. CleanStart is a Social Enterprise who deliver a range of services for THT/L&Q Neighbourhoods and Homes, including Grounds Maintenance, Caretaking, Domestic Cleaning and Property Services. Our aim is to create sustainable neighbourhoods for the long term by addressing the wider social and economic issues that contribute to the local community. As part of this service, we employ, train and nurture local people - some of whom may find it difficult to secure employment elsewhere.

**The Role**

As a Scheduler, you will be the controller of all works carried out by the CleanStart team. You will push and pull jobs to operatives across all services whilst managing a wide range of stakeholder queries to ensure work is scheduled, on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. The purpose of the Scheduling team is to get the best productivity and efficiency from all services to deliver maximum value for money and satisfaction for our customers.

You will have a pragmatic mind and knack for problem solving and decision making, as you navigate emerging work, prioritising a busy workload to meet customers needs. You will consider individual service level targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of people and vehicle resource. You will work alongside people managers across all of CleanStart’s service areas supporting staff by upskilling on internal systems.

Sitting within the central management team, you will work on a variety of jobs, both high volume and varying in complexity, ensuring the best possible outcome for customers and staff. You will be responsible for updating the team and wider business on service performance and progress on a regular basis.

**The Person**
- Ideally have a strong understanding of Outlook and Excel.
- Have demonstrable experience of managing a high-volume complex range of customer relations and systems in a diverse organisation.
- Have experience in supporting a team to deliver strategic goals and objectives across the business.
- Be a great communicator, agile in approach and able to have challenging conversations whilst guiding, supporting, and educating staff through formal business processes.
- Be methodical, organised and have a strong ability to prioritise.
- Have a pro-active and collaborative approach.
- Be driven and enthusiastic to champion the service and the way it’s delivered to our customers.
