Referral to Treatment Pathway Validator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Referral to Treatment (RTT) Team at Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust as the team is expanding. We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our hard working team who is responsible for the validation of patient pathways within HDFT to support the delivery of the 18 Week Referral to Treatment (RTT) standard. The post holder will directly contribute towards the Trusts elective performance by getting patients through their elective pathway with mínimal delays.
The post holder is responsible for effectively co-ordinating the tracking of the administrative pathway using the Trust PTL (patient tracking list) software, ensuring that all steps on the patient pathway are booked and recorded appropriately, in a timely manner. The post holder will use their own judgement and analytical skills to ensure patients pathways & 'clocks' are stopped and started correctly to ensure patient waiting times are recorded correctly. The post holder will develop a thorough understanding of the national rules for RTT.
**Please note this job is primarily office based, with the potential to work from home one day a week once training has been provided
