- Support Manager with the management of the day-to-day operations of the Digital Content function.
- Oversee that all team members within Digital Content are working to a consistent and high standard with regard to general duties.
- Build relationships and drive communication to support effective cross-functional working through Digital teams, Commercial and Brand partnership as well as External Partners.
- Collaborate with CRO and Commercial Analytic teams to monitor metrics related to Frasers Group digital content, like web traffic and conversion rates. - Challenge current techniques and ways of working, identifying new opportunities, and improving processes.
- Develop and implement QA and QC processes within the department. - Create resource planning for workforce and task allocation in line with Operations requirements and forecasting, as well as delegating authority and responsibility to team members, supervising where appropriate.
- Own the reporting for the function - recommending suitable reports, recommendations for improvements in line with data, upskilling team members to be able to run and analyse reports effectively.
- Act as a point of escalation for any challenges that may arise.
- Lead by example in terms of all Studio policies, guidelines and ways of working. - Line management of the team, including but not limited to: onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, absence management, 1:1s, ensuring welfare and wellbeing, supporting with recruitment
- From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role
- Build relationships and drive communication to support effective cross-functional working

**Qualifications**
- Experience in managing a team essential.
- Excellent attention to detail - Positive mindset and attitude.
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure.
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
- Experience using AI tools
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Confident approach who can motivate and lead by example.
- Natural ability to work independently within an established team.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- The ability to train and guide direct reportees as well as themselves.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Must be able to prioritise their workload and expect their daily tasks to change depending on the needs of the business
