We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a range of individuals with varying needs. You will be working within a range of settings including complex mental health rehabilitation and learning disability services.

**As a Mental Health Support Worker you will**:

- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sponsorship.
- Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
- Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

The duties of a Mental Health Support Worker include supporting service users with individual and group therapies, assisting with daily tasks and following care plans.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

- Preston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Mental Health Support: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's Licence (preferred)
