**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing highly efficient and responsive administrative support to our Graduate Recruitment and University Partnership teams
- Prioritising specific tasks in line with business requirements
- Supporting, organising, and facilitating final stage interviews
- Accurately recording and reporting assessment results, updating our Applicant Tracking System accurately
- Establishing, building and growing relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and highly professional service
- Supporting Graduate Recruitment administration including onboarding and right to work checks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional and outgoing approach and confidence in speaking to large groups
- Able to work individually and collaboratively within a team and the wider organisation, while building and maintaining relationships across all levels
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a professional manner
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritise and manage tasks/time in order to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, showing ownership and initiative with strong attention to details
