Bookkeeper

Cooperheat Equipment Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The individual will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Job Description/Duties:
- Manage Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Process payroll, post payroll entries, and maintain payroll records.
- Completing VAT returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Utilize accounting software such as Zoho or Business Central (Dynamics 365)
Job Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in accounting/business or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho or Business Central (Dynamics 365)
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable process
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
