As a Catering Assistant working in a hospital, you will be carrying out a range of kitchen and food service activities, ensuring a high-quality service is provided at all times.
**You will be required to**:

- Interact directly with patients
- Serve food and beverages to patients
- Assist with the collection and washing up of cutlery, crockery and trays
- Ensure that tables, chairs, floors and the service area are kept clean and tidy.

**To succeed in this this position, you will need**:

- Experience of working in a hospital environment, would be desirable
- Good communication skills and fluent in English both oral and written.
- To clear all DBS checks
- Willingness to learn.
- Good customer service skills.
- A basic knowledge of food hygiene. You will receive full training to obtain a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate within the first three months of employment.
