Premier Client Administrator

As a Client Administrator, you will administer the Discretionary Share Plans for a portfolio of corporate clients. This will involve first contact with your clients and their employees alongside the planning and delivery of the administration of the planrecords and management of plan events.
Client administrators are supported by their colleagues on the wider Premier Team and work closely with them on a daily basis to ensure work is completed on time and in line with our clients’ expectations.
**Premier Team**:
The Premier teams are responsible for the administration of the Executive & Discretionary Plans which are share schemes drawn up to reward directors and senior executives. These are bespoke plans which vary in type and in their naming. In addition to ExecutivePlans, there are Discretionary Plans which go to a wider range of employees. The team is currently responsible for approximately 98 corporate clients and the size of Plans ranges from 1 to over 25,000 participants.
We are looking for someone to work as a Client Administrator, within a team who are responsible for administering Executive and Discretionary Share Plan administration services, under the Equiniti Premier Services brand. The wider Equiniti Premier Servicesteam manage end-to-end delivery of Discretionary and Executive Share plans, in line with the consistently high service levels that our corporate clients expect.
First point of operational contact for corporate clients within your portfolio
- Assist with creation of operational task timetables (Awards /Vesting’s/ Releases)
- Responsible for successful delivery of tasks
- Understand clients reporting requirements and liaise with reporting team to deliver these.
- Liaising with dealing team to arrange trades
- Delivering quality services to our customers in line with agreed service standards
- Identifying potential customer queries and resolving customer queries
- Meeting targets for accuracy, quality and volume and agreed service levels
- Working to achieve individual and team service level objectives
- Ensuring compliance at all times with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Consistent attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with internal and external parties
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results
- Strong Excel skills and competence in using other MS Office programmes
- Delivery skills to meet challenging deadlines
- An organised and methodical approach their work
- A resilient and calm manner when managing multiple deliverables.
**It would also be useful to have**:
- Knowledge of Employee Share Plans
- Experience of dealing with corporate clients and customers
- Experience of creating timetables and highlighting key milestones to manage tasks
