We are seeking two exceptional people to join our friendly and supportive administrative team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately receipting rents on account
- Paying landlords daily
- Protecting tenant's deposits
- Ensuring compliance obligations are adhered to
- Taking a proactive approach to account management
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships
**Essential Skills**:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- A head for numbers
