**Job Description -Recruitment Co-Ordinator**

**Hours**
- 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday

**Salary**
- £21,750

**About the role**
- We are a specialist agency providing support services for autistic children and adults. We are looking for someone to join our core team to co-ordinate our very busy recruitment section along with supporting the office team in general.

**Key Tasks**
- Attending recruitment fayres where necessary to promote TSS.
- All administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process.
- Scanning and saving important documents
- Filing
- Organising and carrying out interviews
- Chasing up references
- Arranging training for new staff
- Supporting the management team as and when needed with running the service.
- Able to be flexible around the needs of the service (including weekends and public holidays if needed)
- If needed to be part of the on-call rota for managing the phone out-of-office hours, this would be discussed beforehand.

**Further Requirements**
**Disclosure and Barring Service Check (previously known as CRB)**

You must have a current valid Enhanced DBS check when working with vulnerable children. We can provide you with an Enhanced DBS check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £21,750.00 per year
