Are you an enthusiastic and engaging people person looking for a role in a friendly environment? We would love to talk to you about a part-time receptionist position with key administrative responsibilities

The hours are Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 3.30pm and there can be a small amount of flexibility with this to support anyone that is looking to work after the school run.

This is an 11-month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave, expected to start in February 2023 and end in January 2024.

**Main Reception and Admin Responsibilities**:

- Open and close public reception area daily, ensuring the area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Receive all visitors in a timely and welcoming manner; book appointments ensuring correct length of time allocated
- Take payments (Card/Cash) and record on an Excel spreadsheet and reconcile daily
- Receive mail, parcels and deliveries. Check to ensure orders received are complete; unpack and store appropriately.
- Check and maintain stock levels; place orders with suppliers accordingly.
- Check incoming invoices against delivery notes to reflect they are accurate.
- Ensure security alarms/CCTV, data record systems and MS Office systems are maintained and contact providers for repairs/issues.

**The Ideal Receptionist / Administrator**:

- Well-spoken with an engaging personality and clear communication.
- Good administration skills and experience of operating MS Office, appointment making and in-house software.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task as the reception is busy with visitors, phone calls and the associated administration tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 11 months
Part-time hours: 26 per week

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- No weekends
