Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager, assisting with various administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- LIght book keeping skills would be an advantage and history of using Sage

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

**Salary**: £17,250.00-£21,500.00 per year
