**About the Role**:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Personal Team Leader to provide dedicated care for our client, a female, living in Aberdeenshire. The role involves 24-hour per week, 2:1 support, both in the client's home and in the community. The client requires personal care, moving and handling and support with accessing the community. Experience with challenging behaviour is crucial. Driving license essential. Happy to work around dogs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the client with personal care and daily living activities including PEG feeding.
- Supporting the client with mobility, including hoisting and transferring.
- Driving the clients car (manual) and accompanying the client on outings and social activities.
- Encouraging the client to try new activities.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment in the client's home.
- Working closely with the client's husband and other care team members.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, ability to understand non-verbal cues.
- A confident and sensitive approach to care, with respect for the client's independence.
- Experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours and brain injury or similar conditions is preferred.
- A full, valid UK driving license.
- Ability to empathize with the client and support appropriately.
- Preference for non-smokers.
