**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Production**:

- **Supervising and supporting the team in the production of slips, policies, and invoices.**
- **Account Quality Assurance**:

- **Conducting quality checks on slips before submission for underwriter signature and reviewing policies and invoices before sending them to clients/producers.**
- **Insurance Transaction and Premium Processing**:

- **Overseeing and supporting the tracking and recording of placements on the Integrated Broking System.**:

- **Assisting the team in processing premiums through Xchanging, resolving queries, and managing the production of premium closing advices.**
- **Insurance Compliance**:

- **Staying abreast of the latest market standards and legal requirements for documentation, including taxes.**
- **Optimisation and Modernisation**:

- **Contributing to the implementation of the new broking platform, the new MRC, and the transition to new Lloyd’s processing systems.**

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- **A minimum of 3 years of technical experience within the London insurance market.**:

- **Strong knowledge of professional/financial lines of business and experience in MRC generation.**:

- **Experience in processing premiums through Xchanging and LPAN production.**:

- **Solid numeracy and analytical skills.**:

- **Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and support the team in addressing challenges.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
