**Salary: £22,500**

**Working as part of the team at AIC Financial Ltd, who are an Authorised Representative of Quilter Financial Planning and Quilter Mortgage Planning Ltd.**

Due to expansion, a need for a Financial Services Administrator has arisen. AIC Financial Ltd is a small Financial Planning Practice that has been established since 2007.

Our areas of advice include Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and Protection.

AIC Financial Ltd is a member of Quilter, who are a FTSE listed company.

This Practice is well established and highly successful with four full Financial Planners along side one Mortgage broker and General Insurance broker.

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**:

- Providing Administrative support to Financial Advisers and occasionally Paraplanners, which will include obtaining information, valuations, quotes, illustrations and product details for analysis.
- Ensure all correspondence and documents are produced to high compliant standards
- General office administration including answering the phone.
- Managing your own diary and ensure all data entry is accurate and completed within specified timelines

**Person Specification**:

- Administration experience ideal but not essential
- Someone who is confident in speaking to customers and third parties and can work with total discretion.
- You will be required to keep up-to-date with technical, legislation, product and provider changes.
- A UK driving license is ideal due to the location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00 per year
