**Job Role**

It is the role of the Accounts Assistant to support the existing Accounts team with the Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, General Ledger and any further duties required by other departments when requested. The Accounts Assistant will report directly to their Line Manager, as well as work closely with the other teams within the company.

**Job Duties**

Sales Ledger:

- Complete monthly sales invoices
- Control contacts on Sage
- Send out monthly statements
- Manage Sales Ledger queries

Purchase Ledger:

- Manage supplier invoices and employee expenses
- Organise company purchases
- Manage Credit Card and PayPal receipts and update Sage
- Produce weekly creditor payment list

General Ledger:

- Post bank payments and receipts

Other Duties:

- Help with other departments as and when requested. E.g. hotel bookings and ordering of stock.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
