We are a growing team and as well as our recruitment focus we also process all pay effecting changes for the majority of employees at the trust.

If you enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced office, then this post will be of interest to you. It will enable you to further develop first class customer service skills, both face to face and over the telephone. Managing your own division/specialist area will develop and expand your existing planning, prioritising and organisational abilities.

This post can be classed as an agile post with a mix of home and office working. We have attached the Agile Policy to show how this would work. However to enable training to be completed you will need to be office based until proficient.

**Some of your duties will include**:
Ensuring efficient and accurate completion of safe recruitment procedures

Advertising vacancies

Assisting managers with short listing queries

Interview co-ordination

Completing pre-employment checks

Preparing offer letters and contracts in line with employment legislation, Trust and Department of Health guidelines

Provide advisory service to all staff on the Trust’s terms and conditions of employment

Processing pay effecting changes

Advising on salary queries

Advise recruiting managers on the recruitment process where appropriate

Responsible for own division with a high work load

We are looking for individuals that have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and ideally experience in a HR environment. You should be at advanced level in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook which will be tested at interview.
