**The Role**

As a CRM Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our content-driven CRM strategies. You'll have the opportunity to lead on high-impact projects and content initiatives, whilst driving innovation in CRM to deliver additional lifetime value for MVF and fantastic experiences for our customers.

The role is reserved for marketers with a passion for content innovation and customer focused testing, who demonstrate commercial and creative acumen, consistent execution and strong project delivery.

You will be an experienced member of the team, demonstrating a wide array of skills and techniques relating to content creation, strategy development, stakeholder management, MVF’s products and the customer engagement industry. You will also be expected to collaborate with the rest of the team to solve complex problems which drive our performance forwards.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Innovative Content Creation** - You will set fantastic standards across our content and templates, be at the forefront of upskilling the team, and lead in external research for our content strategy. You will curate world-class content, test innovative ideas, and drive sprints with the team to create maximum value. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating content quality and effectiveness, setting a new standard in our marketing campaigns. Your ability to bring in fresh perspectives and external insights will be key in driving innovation and sustaining our competitive edge.
- **Content Optimisation**: You will lead the strategic content optimization efforts, focusing on our highest value CRM campaigns. Your role is central to delivering exceptional commercial results through leading individual and team-driven analysis and optimisation of campaign performance. Staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging content formats will be essential. You will lead our content ideation with fresh and imaginative ideas and drive a culture of strategic creativity in the team, ensuring that our content strategies remain innovative and aligned with evolving market demands.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Our customers will be at the heart of your strategy. You will actively research customer personas, their needs and motivations and create customer value propositions to tie our content strategy to drive better customer satisfaction and lifetime value for MVF.
- ** Key Campaign Management**:

- You will be expected to understand and be able to communicate the performance of your focus campaigns, including reporting on changes in performance and sprint results. You may also be expected to directly manage important/complex and high GP contributing campaigns, using your content and commercial expertise. You will set the standard in the team for campaign management and strategy, including delivering on opportunities and processes contributing towards improving our commercial results
- ** Project Delivery**:You will own and be accountable for the delivery of specific high-value content strategies that enhance customer experience, drive meaningful engagement and are aligned with the commercial opportunities, MVF goals and CRM leadership.
- ** Collaborative Innovation**: You will work closely with CRM and MVF Leadership to integrate creative content into broader CRM (and MVF) strategies, and will also collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing experts to deliver excellent customer engagement.
