**Lead Responsibilities**: Manage the Practice Administrator Team, including all first line HR responsibilities, such as coordinating rotas and training, supporting staff with welfare needs and absence management. Liaise with members of the Executive Management Team where necessary, for example HR Advisor for recruitment Be accountable for the completion of administrative tasks within required timescales and to manage the team accordingly to achieve this, in partnership with the Group Operations Manager when necessary. Help maintain a Quality Improvement culture across the Practice, leading by example. Demonstrate and uphold the Practice Values at all times.

Attend practice meetings where appropriate and chair meetings as required Ensure meeting minutes are completed and circulated appropriately in a timely manner Lead on all administrative Safeguarding monitoring, ensuring policies and procedures are carried out correctly Abide by the practices Data Security Policy Liaise with the PSC Leads in the monitoring of stationery and other supplies Recall/QOF Responsibilities; Lead on and participate in the effective running of the chronic disease review processes and how these systems are working both individually and together. Any other duties to assist with achieving QOF, Investment & Impact Fund and Enhanced Service targets, for example, administration of Learning Disability Care Plans, Baby Immunisations, COPD, proactive management of specific clinical groups Work alongside GPs, IT team to ensure robust recall processes are in place. Running reports, maintaining spreadsheets and taking appropriate actions Assessing and analysing questionnaires reports and spreadsheets Ensuring all safeguarding processes are robust, reviewing and adapting where required. Under the direction of the Group Operations Manager, provide support to Patient Services Clerks and Secretary colleagues as required, on any Adam Practice site when required (i.e.

to cover leave, sickness, temporary increases in workload)
