FCM are currently seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to cover an external refurbishment project in Margate.

The project is for 1 visit per week and will run until approximately December this year.

Applicants will need to have a solid background knowledge in all aspects of construction including passive fire protection and be able to communicate effectively with contractors and client in order to help us to provide our high quality inspection, reporting and advisory service. An ability to write legible reports and record and monitor defects is a paramount.

FCM are a well established and expanding company and are looking to increase our team of experienced Building & M&E Clerks of Works. We pride ourselves in excellence of service and much of our new business comes by recommendation or referral.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £250.00 per day
