**CT&I Internal Sales Team Leader**
As a Team Leader in the front line of our Construction, Industrial and Transport Internal sales team, your role is pivotal in optimising our response and service to our partners and customers. You will ensure the team are taking a proactive approach in regularly speaking to our partners, as well as taking ownership of the development and performance of our people.

**Day to day**:
Service Delivery
- Providing regular, key communications in the team to ensure operational excellence
- Identifying root causes of process issues and managing resolutions
- Working on key process improvement projects
- Determining, monitoring, and managing of team service levels
- Working across departments to resolve hand-off issues
- Working with our Digital tools and assisting in managing our E-Commerce information for the team
- Managing the pricing for our finance schemes for our E-Commerce System and liaising with Sales Manager to ensure all pricing is in line with targets
- Management Reporting
Proactive Productivity
- Organising the team to take a proactive approach to generating further business
- Driving pipeline management within the team
- Implementation of sales initiatives to drive new business
- Working closely with our Commercial Finance Team and Asset Sales team for cross selling opportunities.
- Monitoring usage of our CRM System
- Monitoring and re-organising the daily workflow within the team and when team members are absent
- Working with the marketing department to support your team with an annual marketing plan
- Identifying root causes of process issues and managing resolutions
- Working on key process improvement projects
- Handling and solving of operational incidents and complaints
- Supporting communications and collaboration between departments within DLL
- Support the Sales Director and Program managers with sales reviews
- Driving the use of our Digital Tools.
People Management
- Facilitating team huddles
- Performance management and appraisals of team members
- Managing the change impact of new technology on people
- Working with the training manager to develop high impact training for the team
- Allocation of work
- Managing resource levels at key periods
- Working towards the company core values;
- Identifying team and individual development needs;
