You will need at least 2 years experience in a an office environment for this role.

Description
Supporting the Group Operations Manager you will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks involving all areas of the Business from Sales, Parts and Service through to Health & Safety, Customer Services and Compliance.

Supporting the Group Operations Manager you will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks involving all areas of the Business from Sales, Parts and Service through to Health & Safety, Customer Services and Compliance.

Effective and professional communication skills both written and verbal will be key to this role as you will have direct contact with our customers, dealership colleagues and Company Directors on a daily basis.

To join the team you will need at least 2 years’ experience of an office environment and be able to demonstrate:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - clarity, conciseness and discretion are key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively - you will be a team player with initiative.
- Diligence and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Above all you will need a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a can-do spirit, as this can be a pressurised environment.

You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
