We are looking to employ a Customer Services Executive based at our Moulton Park Northampton offices.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Resolving delivery issues and liaising with our couriers

Supporting customers with website and product queries

Raising tickets for technical support (in the event you can’t resolve)

Issuing refunds and arranging returns, processing purchase orders and general administration

Working closely with the warehouse team, escalating orders

Supporting the Account Managers, developing relationships, promoting new products

**What you’ll bring with you**:
You need to be interested in technology, able to grasp technical concepts and have the willingness to learn how stuff works.

A solution-focused approach to working through issues and a strong desire to help.
