Our client is a well-established and renowned manufacturer of products to the laboratory industry world wide.

At their modern, newly built site in Stone they are now seeking a SHEQ Advisor.

This is a new role with the aim of implementing, developing and training Health & Safety on site.

As a safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our various management systems and devising practices within a workplace to ensure health and safety, and environmental best practice on-site. You will alsosupport the ISO9001 quality management system and drive continuous improvement throughout all our processes.

Duties will include:

- Ensuring health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met on-site
- Investigating accidents and writing reports
- Identifying potential hazards
- Completing risk assessments and site inspections
- Suggesting improvements to working processes

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this type of role from a manufacturing background, with extensive knowledge and experience of implementing and training Health and Safety on site.

NEBOSH certified and knowledge of ISO systems is also required.
