The post holder will be a key member of the SPH team, taking an active part in project delivery including research activities. You will both lead and deliver projects and support other team members in project delivery. You will also support the wider team in project management and oversight. In addition you will provide wider support in team administration, including updating the team website and direct support the the Associate Director.

Support the SPH Associate Director and the wider team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.

Deliver and support the delivery of projects, with tasks including desktop research, data analysis, online interviews with stakeholders, the holding of focus groups and helping to administer online interviews. You will support and participate in the writing up of reports and presentations and assisting in proof reading and formatting.

Complete routine and ad hoc administrative tasks including leading on capacity planning and project review processes. Other tasks will include updating content on the SPH website, arranging meetings, supporting a planned transition to using SharePoint more extensively and updating the organisational contract management system.

As well as managing virtual project teams when leading on projects, the postholder will supervise the work of Junior Consultants placed with the SPH team.
