**The Role**

Reporting into the Director Administration and Support, the Administrative Business Partner / EA is a key member of the shared services team and plays a pivotal role in the execution of proactive communications, strategising, scheduling, planning, and execution for their Executive Leadership team within the region, supporting state and office activities of organisation in the UK.

The primary responsibility of this role is executive administration and office management, collaboration and engagement with ELT teams and Administration teams, building trusted partnerships with clear channels of communication and aligning administrative support to their needs - additionally you will also provide support to the People & Culture function.

You will be expected to maintain and manage the distribution of highly confidential communications and are delegated significant authority to act autonomously and independently with regards to their core duties and unique projects.

Other key areas of include (but not limited to)
- Maintain complex calendars of ELT and founders including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives
- Structure cadence of ELT calendars to support long-term business objectives
- Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities
- Attend ELT/business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables
- Partner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they arise
- Assist with the project lifecycle, providing support at an ELT level, with business unit initiatives, inclusive of setting and maintaining project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks
- Support active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submission for ELT and regional business members to ensure expense policy compliance
- Manage third party vendors, asset management and couriers
- Assistance with inductions for new starters across CyberCX
- Ensure the office is presentable for all visitors including smooth operation of CyberCX UK offices including, but not limited to, organising catering and couriers, facility maintenance, ordering office supplies and kitchen items
- Organise and support in-house and local event management
- Support Marketing and People & Culture initiatives and activities as required in region

**About You**

Minimum 5+ years’ senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred and complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation.

You are exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment and are skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.

You bring exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCX with a proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar

Additionally, you also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business with a proven track record of accountability, reliability, and a can-do attitude.
