**About the role**:

- This is a fast paced and busy role where you will take responsibility for your customers. You will be acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the up keep of their vehicle.
- You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll liaise with our parts team and suggest suitable additional products and services to the customer.
- Salary **£25,000 - £32,000 DOE**
- The role is **45 hours per week, usually, 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. With occasional Saturdays 07:00 to 1:00pm as per site rota.**

**About You**
- Previous dealership experience is required
- Kerridge experience is desirable
